1 Hotel Homes Residence suite. An upscale beachfront resort is a minute's walk from Collins Avenue, a mile from Lincoln Road and 1.4 miles from Miami Beach Architectural District. The private resident rental condo unit in 1 Homes has reclaimed driftwood lining the walls and features ocean views, organic cotton sheets, live edge wood desks, and free Wi-Fi. The suite’s private balcony offers an angled ocean view—you will see the Atlantic when you look East as pictured. A hotel security feature of a guest ID is required before arriving, collected by me prior to registration. In order to access 1 Home amenities, on arrival a 72 dollar daily resort fee is required to be collected at the time of registration along with a resident guest admission form. Please be advised you will again need a pictured ID for registration and a matching credit card to secure spending for any incidentals/resort fee. The 1 Homes will be authorizing your credit card at check-in for up to 250 dollar per day for up to 7 days. Daily cleaning and amenities replenishment is not included in the price. Inquire on pricing if desired, and an advance notice is required for service. You have access to the entire condo with the exception of the single owner's lock closet. Access to the 24 Hour Gym, Pool and lounge chairs(closes at sunset as all do in Miami Beach), valet parking(surcharge seasonal rates) the on-site spa (surcharge). No Hotel room services provided being a resident unit. If any incidentals incur, they will be charged to your temporary house account and then settled upon check out.

With the influx of new luxe hotels and hotspots from 1st to 5th and 16th to 25th streets, the South Beach stand-and-pose scene is now bigger than ever and stretches yet another dozen plus blocks. The beaches crowd quickly on the weekends with a blend of European tourists, young hipsters, and sun-drenched locals offering Latin flavor. Separating the sand from the traffic of Ocean Drive is palm-fringed Lummus Park, with its volleyball nets and chickee huts (huts made of palmetto thatch over a cypress frame) for shade.
