Ocean View Tiny is a custom-built tiny home on wheels, built on a 24-foot trailer, that maximizes functionality and beauty in the space. It is a mobile unit (not a permanent structure) located in Holden's town-owned RV park at the pier with full RV water, sewer, and electric hookups. You're just steps from the ocean with unobstructed views in one of the most sought-after island locations. Enjoy soaring ceilings and large windows overlooking the dunes and Atlantic. Full kitchen with quartz counters, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, plus a kitchen bar with laptop workspace. Sleep comfortably in the queen loft with dresser storage. Downstairs includes a full bath and a premium queen-size foam sleeper sofa. Low-E double-pane ocean view windows with privacy blinds. There are a total of 6 RV parking spots, including this spot, and at any given time, other RVs may be present within the campground. There is one parking spot located next to the unit. Paid parking is available for a second vehicle if needed.

We love Holden Beach and vacationed here years ago. We like to relax on the beach, swim, search for shells and shark's teeth, birdwatch, dine out and BBQing. I'm sure you will enjoy all that Holden has to offer as well.
