My property is located on the fist floor with a nice shaded porch as well as a sun-tan area with lounge chairs. Just 100 steps to the beach and the warm ocean water. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need as if you were in your own home, including a kitchen to prepare, cook and serve all your meals. Great WiFi, Cable TV, Air Conditioning, all the Coffee & Tea you can drink and very comfortable beds. A personal check-in and tour of the apartment is completed for every guest on arrival. What else can you ask for!!

Outgoing and Passionate world traveler, chef and father. I enjoy speaking Italian, Spanish and English. My interests include going to the beach, taking my boat to Key Biscayne, Mountain Biking and watching my daughter play soccer. A good dinner & movie goes without saying!!

The best part is the beach just 100 steps from the apartment. Also, enjoy the famous Hollywood Broadwalk with restaurants, shops, rental equipment and a long walk/jogging track. Across the street is the intra-coastal waterways for boat/jet ski rentals and charted fishing trips. Enjoy some of the best water front restaurants in all of Hollywood serving fresh Stone Crab, Seafood and classic favorites.
