Comfortably furnished 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath unit on quiet cul-de-sac. Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, shared washer/dryer, off-street parking. Backs up to wooded greenbelt. Close to all Kodiak has to offer including many hiking trails, Mill Bay Beach within walking distance and 4 minute drive to downtown.
