The neighborhood is very quiet and comfortable. Publix is located a block away as well as CVS. Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in all of Florida. The location is halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach. This apt is located one block away from Collins Ave which holds all the major attractions nearby. It is also where the beach is located. The area is completely walkable and you are able to reach shops, restaurants and attractions within minutes!
