Sunny isles beach is an upscale neighborhood where many celebrities lives, there are many restaurants close to the building, bars, supermarkets, banks, public parks for kids and many other things ! Located just 2 minutes away from Aventura Mall ( one of the most famous malls of Miami ) , also very close to Bal Harbour shops and around 20 minutes away from Miami beach and fort Lauderdale!

There are currently balcony construction in the condominium so some apartments could be affected by noise and some of them (depending on the dates) couldn't have access to the balconies. We have applied a 30% discount for this issue to the normal prices. If guest accepts to make a reservation, then we won't make a refund or accept any kind of extra refund.

Any payments made to the property will be charged under the name LGTM LLC.

Please note 1 parking space is allotted per apartment.

Please note daily maid service is not available.
