Very quiet property, with share amenities like large pool, tennis court. Conveniently located to access the beach, about half a mile from property , with free public parking, and restaurants right there. The closest restaurant is in the neighborhood, few minutes walk.
The neighborhood is quiet, but the area outside very lively, close to shops and restaurants, and nearby towns (Duck, Nags Head). Kitty Hawk is fairly centrally located.
