Campsite 1 is the first of 4 planned sites. It includes a porta-potty that is serviced weekly. An outdoor sink station next to the BBQ grill and the firepit, contains standard grill tools and biodegradable dish and hand soap. The interior of the tent has an AC, electric fireplace, mini-fridge, a super fan, a coffee maker which is stocked with an assortment of K-cup coffees and tea. The queen-sized bed has the bedding replaced between campers, but you are welcome to bring your own bedding if you wish. There is a wooden outdoor shower stall with hot water. A small couch and a Coleman cot are suitable for children or small adults, but you will need to bring bedding for those.

I like designing and building things, and my wife Patria likes gardening and talking to new people. This venture has been the perfect blend of both of our interests. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. That is our goal.

The area has plenty of water for fishing, boating, and other water activities. This includes natural clear springs about 10 minutes away in Ponce de Leon, as well as what is arguably the best Bass fishing river in the country that runs through Westville, the Choctowahatchee River. The beautiful white sand and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast beaches are an hour south. Other activities like museums, water parks, restaurants, and wineries are all within the same 1 hour radius, and many are just 20 to 30 minutes away. There is so much to do here, and yet it is still laid back and a great place to unwind.
