Park Haven on the Hill was built in 1922, the year of Astoria's last, great fire. Nestled in the South Slope neighborhood between the Peter Pan Market and Fred Lindstrom Park, the house has a unique vantage of the park with a big wrap around side porch. The front portion is covered and offers a nice spot to drink tea/coffee and watch the neighborhood come to life . The house was recently renovated to update aging infrastructure, fixtures, and finishes throughout, bringing new life this century home while still retaining the historic charm. The main floor includes an open living area on the main level bathroom with shower, and a mud/laundry room with a stack washer and dryer for guest use. The two bedrooms are located upstairs, each comfortably furnished with a queen bed, dresser, lounge chair, closet, and quiet ceiling fan.
