Rockport's BEST location and BEST view (ALL of the pictures you see were taken from this property!). This property has the absolute BEST location to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things you want to see when you come to Rockport. You can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing. --This unit also has a private balcony off the master bedroom suite... Fabulous perks in a brand new, one-of-kind property..

Neighborhood info

In beautiful Rockport, Texas. You will be waterfront on Little Bay, overlooking the Beach, the ski basin, the festival grounds, Blue Herons and Porpoises! Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts (you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us - you only need a valid driver's license and current auto insurance).
