Exquisitely fully remodeled 2br/2ba, 3rd floor courtside villa featuring quartz countertops, full size stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, private porch overlooks the tennis courts . Quick walk to the indoor pool and workout room & to our beach on Port Royal Sound, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. Pots & pans, combination standard/Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils round out this home away from home for relaxation and adventure.
I won't be available personally, but have a local manager that can address any situation for you. In case of an emergency, call 911 or contact Security at the front gate.
