Great for Moody Center(1-mile walk). High-Frequency Bus is around the corner(7min ride), IT'S CLOSER THAN THE UBER DROP-OFF. Easy Check-In with a key code. Privacy & 5STAR AMENITIES. Self-check-in, Cable/Netflix, Dolby Atmos Sound, Bidet, Fireplaces, endless hot water, Wifi & Wired. Free parking, less than 10 bucks uber to downtown. Eco-Friendly, Healthy stays, with Dyson, Vitamix and Cuisinart. Enjoy the historic wood floor under your bare feet in a charming 1930s bungalow under a 100yr old Pecan Tree.
We are a professional couple live in the main house(front, separate). We love to travel and love to host similar minded travelers.
Pecan Tree House is located near University Texas and Hyde Park. Super convenient and easy to access many Austin attractions. Less than 10 bucks Uber ride to downtown.
