We love beach vacations as a family and have been looking for a white sand beach location to have a vacation home. We loved Destin at first sight and visit every year a couple of times for our family vacations. We have purchased units in Pelican Beach Resort because of their great ocean views. I will answer inquiries the same day, usually within 1 hour.

Property info

Please note that Pelican Beach Resort is strictly no Smoking facility. Strict penalties including eviction for smokers other than the two designated areas at the Resort. Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. Perfect getaway for your family! It is conveniently located, only 2,5 miles from the HarborWalk Village and few minutes away from the shops, restaurants, golf clubs and bars. Water & adventure park, Big Kahuna's is located right across the street. The Resort has free garage parking, heated indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna and steam room, beach services, beachside Tiki Bar, tennis courts and outdoor gas grills. You may click on the apartment or unit link that you are booking to view the specific unit pictures that you will be booking. This is not a hotel but a privately owned vacation rental condo. We send a door code for your unit 7 days before check-in. If you have not seen the instructions email, please check your junk or spam folders, if no info is received, please contact us before your trip. Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Important note: e-signing rental agreement is required before check-in to receive the door code. Security Deposit hold is done after the booking is made through a secure credit card link. Please look for that message after booking is made. Charges do not include Security Deposit hold.

Neighborhood info

We are very close to Destin Downtown and Marina. Plenty of restaurants around. Free parking at the garage. Building has type 2 EV charging at the top floor of the garage.
