During the time of active work, access to the beach will be limited and/or not allowed.** Floor Plan: Ground level - covered paved parking and seating to enjoy the views. 1st level – gulf front living room with 50” TV, DVD, books and a furnished screened porch; dining area, kitchen with bay views, half bath and washer/dryer. 2nd level – full bath with shower/tub combo; Bedroom 1 – queen bed, TV, gulf view and a private balcony with a bay view; Bedroom 2 – 2 twin beds, TV with built in DVD player and gulf view; Bedroom 3 – gulf front master suite with king bed, TV, open deck with master bath shower/tub combo. *This Property Is Not Pet Friendly* **Beach Access for the complex can be limited due to tides, erosion, and inclement weather.
