Brand new home in beach front community - Community pool (spring 2023), access to beach, sunset views, dedicated walking/cycling path, Golf cart on site for additional fee - upon request, beach chairs/cart,
FL beach community with many homes that are utilized for rentals. Community pool. literally 2-3 minutes to Mexico beach beaches, or 10 minutes to downtown Port St Joe for entertainment and fun. Quiet family oriented community.
