We offer a cozy, modern, clean, pet friendly home in the heart of Rapid City that's just minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from Sturgis, and 45 minutes to Mount Rushmore! It features 3 bedrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room, a large fenced-in backyard, a fire pit, and a propane grill under a covered patio. We've gone to great lengths to make sure that everything you'll need for your stay is provided: including dishes, pans, coffee, games, and plenty of room! Take a look and book now! OUTDOOR LIVING: Fire pit that can be sat around, a large roofed patio with propane grill, and two deck chairs for a great relaxing experience. NDOOR LIVING: Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the living room with large sectional couch, large coffee table and a wardrobe where you will find board games to play with friends and family, so feel free to get competitive! Has small kitchen table that can be pulled out to add more chairs. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware are all provided as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We also have large mixing bowls, measuring cups, and other essentials. Coffee machine with coffee. GENERAL: All of our sheets are premium, crisp 100% cotton, bath towels are thick, soft, and luxurious. Washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating. PARKING: The driveway is large enough for a couple of vehicles and can easily accommodate plenty of cars or motorcycles.
