Our home offers a spacious, fully furnished private bedroom with its own private bathroom, giving guests both comfort and privacy. Guests have access to the fully furnished kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, garage storage (if needed), and a large fenced backyard. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our fully equipped indoor and outdoor gyms, perfect for staying active during their stay. The backyard features a designated smoking area with comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a large umbrella canopy for shade, making it a great place to relax outdoors. Upon request, I can also prepare and cook breakfast and dinner during your stay. Meal plans can be discussed before or during your visit for a small additional fee. The property has a peaceful, homey atmosphere in Philomath, close to Corvallis and Oregon State University. We share our home with 3 friendly cats and 9 backyard chickens, adding a cozy country feel. The cats are used to dogs, so well-behaved dogs may be a better fit than additional cats.

Im posting this listing because we may need to move in November if something doesn’t change. I’m a 22 year old female, currently working on getting my tattoo license and would love to not have to move😅! I mostly keep to myself but would be very accommodating to the best of my ability.

We’re located on the quiet outskirts of town in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Because we’re away from the busy parts of town, there’s very little traffic or foot traffic, making it a calm and private place to stay. Our neighbors are respectful, and the area has always felt safe and welcoming during the time I’ve lived here.
