The condo is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You will love the location because you can walk to almost anything from here. Walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier to play volleyball , take a surf lesson, or grab some lunch on the pier. There are also food trucks and sweets as well. You are also close enough to walk to other restaurants on the beach or many more within blocks of the condo. - "Great location!! Steps to the beach, pool right outside patio, walkable restaurants, close to the pier. Lots of amenities and host was always available." - Laura There is also plenty of shopping within walking distance including the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, which is the largest surf shop in the world. The area is safe and there is plenty to do within walking distance. If you want to jump in the vehicle, you can explore much more as well with an easy 10-15 minute drive.
