Plus, the convenience store and liquor store are within walking distance for trip essentials. The home is at once both sophisticated and welcoming, with all the amenities you’re sure to love. The front sitting room is warmly appointed to create an elegant lodge feel, with rustic elements like wood flooring and ceiling, a stone fireplace, and cozy leather seating. A spacious bar connects the sitting room with the large and recently renovated kitchen, fully equipped for your culinary adventures. An additional living area provides a game table, TV, and scenic wooded views through the windows. The backyard will be your own little slice of Americana - it's the perfect spot to grill hamburgers and hot dogs with loved ones. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
