Company info

Dan & Diane are the owners of Pinecrest B&B since 2016. We live on the property and oversee the day to day operations. Dan is front of house and can help guests make arrangements like reservations for dinner, tours, etc. Diane is an avid cook who enjoys making an abundant breakfast for guests.

Property info

Pinecrest, built in 1905, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The original charm of this English Tudor remains including the guest favorite, sleeping porch now turned sun room that perches above our 1.3 acres of yard. A lush oasis right in the city.

Neighborhood info

Located in the heart of the Montford Historic District, Pinecrest is surrounded by 600 homes of with period architecture from the 1900s. There are 2 well regard restaurants within 2 blocks of our B&B. Downtown Asheville is an easy 1 mile walk on quiet residential streets to the heart of our vibrant city.
