Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the pass. A THIRTY DOLLAR fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking pass and provides access to the community pool. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. • Portable crib available.
