This large, pool front, studio offers the perfect base to spread out, relax and enjoy a memorable & fun stay in Scottsdale. Purposefully and functionally designed for our guests. Every detail was meticulously thought out by vacation rental designers and Hosts Vince and Ann. Conveniently located within 1 mile of Old Town Scottsdale, Hotel Valley Ho, Fashion Square, and Scottsdale Stadium. Thoughtfully decorated, NEW mid-century with well-appointed furnishings.

With hundreds of art galleries, award-winning restaurants, bars and luxury shopping centers that surround the immediate area of Old Town Scottsdale, it’s hard to imagine this bustling city was once a small farming community dating back to the late 1800s. Several of the historic landmarks in Old Town Scottsdale — such as the Little Red Schoolhouse (now the Scottsdale Historical Museum), Mexican Imports Shop and Saba’s Western Wear — along with dining establishments such as the Sugar Bowl, Pink Pony and Los Olivos Mexican Patio, are still in existence and featured in the Historic Old Town Scottsdale self-guided walking tour.
