A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of 49 USD per pet applies and will be collected after booking. The fee is 119 USD/ night and must be purchased for the entire stay. Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this service.The pool is serviced every Monday by our maintenance team. • The pool is for guest use only. Pets are not permitted in the pool. • Planning a BBQ? Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time 55 USD charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy! • We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
