Located in the heart of Tahoe, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, and shopping. 3-5 mins drive to Heavenly ski resort or Stateline Casinos! Boat, kayak, SUP and ski rentals within walking distance. Enjoy the resort's private beach, pier, shared pools, hot tubs, gym, and sauna.
Lakeland Village Beach, Mountain & Ski Resort is nestled on 19 acres of scenic, lake beach, and mountain woodlands a one-of-a-kind exceptional townhome property. A luxurious townhome community property featuring hotel amenities and a tranquil lakefront setting in Lake Tahoe. Featuring 2 lake view tennis courts, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center and 2 saunas. In winter, while chains are required in all vehicles, a 4x4 is recommended. Dogwood parking lot is the nearest parking. There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Display the parking passes in your car that you will find inside the home.
