Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Private downstairs studio with separate entrance in a quiet townhouse. Features a comfortable sleeping area, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy an oversized private patio with outdoor seating, fire pit, and barbecue grill. Perfect for a relaxing beach-area getaway. Open parking to anyone. (Not included). Walking distance to Beach pool and hot tub are open till 10 PM.
