The adorable home is prime central location with just a 23 mile jot to Weird Austin, 12 miles to San Marcos or 29 miles to float the river in New Braunfels! Large backyard with plenty of seating to enjoy the night air next to the fire pit. This home was designed with comfort in mind! The queen bedroom, and your dedicated full size bathroom is yours during your stay. The bedroom does not have access directly to the bathroom, but will only be occupied by you during your stay. All common rooms are free for you to use during your stay. (livingroom, dining room, kitchen, downstairs 1/2 bath & all exterior of the home *excluding the garage/studio)
I have an affinity for all things art. I love plants, and would live in a greenhouse if I could. I purchased our home in 2017, and since have continued to pour my heart and soul into it <3 I am in accounting and able to work remotely. As a recent empty nester, I loved the idea of sharing our beautiful home with others. That combined with the added income in this economy is why I chose to booking it. We humbly ask that everyone to be respectful.
The neighborhood is an adorable white picket fence neighborhood with a lot of character.
