This spacious townhome is perfect for a family or a large get together. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, It is the end unit on a quiet street. Come play in the pool with a waterslide or relax in one of the 2, 17 seater hot tubs. Supplied with plenty of games, toys and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy a grilled meal on the back patio dining area or sit back on one of the 3 outdoor patios/balconies. 10 minutes to downtown St. George. vacation rental neighborhood, with a pool, hot tubs, and playground for guests only. Covered Parking and extra parking spaces are available. Amenities for the resort are within walking distance. We recommend a car to get around town. There is Uber and Lyft as options.
