The large family room will accommodate friends and families gathering together to make memories. Hang out on the wraparound porch. Get a fire going in the large lawn, with a beverage of your choice and a story to tell. Enjoy boating, fishing, or other water sports, with easy boat launch accessibility. Great location to get outdoors and hunt for small game animals, big game animals and fowls. Guest MUST sign Rental Agreement within 72 hours of reservation. Security deposit HOLD required of 500 dollars. This is ONLY a hold of funds. Deposit to be processed by Host, on guest's credit card. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old.
