This is a beautiful thirteen-year-old vacation rental with a rustic rancho atmosphere, located as a central hub for the golden circle. This ideal location provides opportunities for visiting numerous national and state parks: Zion, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, the Wave, and White Pockets. Kanab is known for clear-sky star-gazing at night and during some daylight hours at Western Legends Cowboy Days, Greyhound Gathering, or at the infamous Best Friends Animal Sanctuary; the world's largest no-kill animal sanctuary. This vacation rental is located on the red rock foothills overlooking the city but within walking distance to downtown Kanab, yet the property allows for excellent ATV adventures or for hiking the beautiful Vermillion Cliffs just above the property. This 2000sf rental features two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen (spices, condiments, sundries) with breakfast counter. All of the necessities for family living are included in the furnishings, complete kitchen, one king size master bedroom, one king size in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed, a TV in every room, a private washer/dryer, and internet access. The rental is quiet, secluded and convenient to downtown restaurants and shops.
