Our Dog Friendly, 1600 square feet of space in the beautiful Mirror Lake Neighborhood of Highlands, our short term vacation rental home can accommodate 3 couples (or 6 friendly people) very comfortably on your vacation! The Main floor boasts a master with ensuite, and a second bedroom with Queen bed and adjoining full bath. The kitchen, dining area and Great Room round out the main living area, while a second floor loft adds a third bath and extra plush queen bed with additional sitting area, a Large screen TV, and a home office! Our Deck in back has a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and is 35 feet above the ground making it fell like a treehouse in the forest. Fully air-conditioned, WiFI, heated year round, gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit on the deck. BBQ Propane grill on the deck with all the tools needed. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, bar service, and hosting 6 people - or just head into town for all your food and drink needs.
We take pride in having our guests enjoy the pristine area, and providing more high-end amenities than you can expect. This is our only vacation property, so we treat it with care and run it ourselves. Our Housekeeper is meticulous and we completely disinfect before each new guest The cabin is fully yours for your stay!
We love the Highlands area with its many waterfalls and mountain trails, yet close to our vibrant town filled with restaurants, wine shoppes, boutiques and activities. Just a 5 minutes from town center, our neighborhood is nestled around Mirror Lake and feels like you are in a magical mountain forest. Down the hill from us in Bridalveil Falls, Dry Falls trail in the National Forest, as well as boating, fishing and hiking all around us.
