We live in Thessaloniki, Greece 7 months of the year. However, when we are in Rehoboth Beach, we love meeting our guests and are always up for a glass of wine. We do have a dog, Eros, a Chow Chow, but he will not be in the home at any time. You may meet him in our back yard. We live right next door. Nick is originally from Queens and Tim is from Philly. We take pride in our home and try to ensure each guest is comfortable and happy.

Welcome to the beach. We are located about three blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. About an eight minute stroll to Rehoboth Avenue, the main street in Rehoboth Beach. We offer bikes for our guests use, should you not wish to walk. We also provide a parking permit, which is good on any non metered street in town. Your space is a bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in shower. The first floor consists of three rooms with a shared full kitchen, living and dining area and a back deck. The second floor is separate from the first floor and has two rooms with a shared full kitchen, living and dining area and a balcony. An outdoor shower is available
Neighborhood info
Country Club Estates is a very quiet, convenient neighborhood. Just about a ten minute walk to the beach and into town. There is a park across the street with a playground, and turtle bridge. A minute's walk to a pickleball and tennis court. The neighborhood consists of older and newer homes.
