Welcome to Mesquite! This beautiful ground level golf course view condo is ready for you. The larger master suite has a comfortable queen bed. The guest bedroom has its own private front. The living room is newly furnished and hosts a large flat screen TV. There is an outdoor patio table, BBQ and private laundry on the patio closet. A beautifully maintained community pool is just steps away and you also have access to tennis courts and a great walking/biking trail.
