Our newly renovated beach house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. Located just steps from the beach, our home has everything you need for a perfect vacation, including: - 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms - A spacious living room with room for the whole group - A fully equipped, large, open kitchen - A large master bedroom with a king bed, closet and full bathroom - A playroom with tv lounge and ping pong table - A large, private backyard that's perfect for grilling and play Location, location, location! Walk to the beach with no roads to cross. The home is perfect for families and friend groups, but still feels cozy enough for two. We're located close to restaurants, shops, and activities, so you'll never be bored. Here are some of the things you can do during your stay at our beach house: - Relax on the beach and soak up the sun - Go for a swim in the ocean - Build a sandcastle - Take a walk along the beach - Visit the Cocoa Beach Pier - Play a round of golf - Go fishing - Visit the Kennedy Space Center - Take a day trip to Orlando - If you're taking a cruise, we're just a short drive to Port Canaveral We hope you'll choose our beach house for your stay

Guests love that we are one of the only beachside streets in Cocoa Beach. A short private road centrally located to all things Cocoa Beach, including the historical downtown , a half-mile walk either beach way or street way to Ron Jon Surf Shop and all of the local shops, restaurants, and Dinosaur museum. We recommend families or groups with younger children get a car to travel around for safety, especially during the hot seasons. If you would like to rent a bike from one of our local providers and bike on the beach or sidewalks on the island, that is a great option. If you are going to explore Kennedy Space Center (30 Minutes away), Merritt Island (15 Minutes away), Cocoa Village (30 Minutes away), Orlando (1 hour away), Disney & Universal (Average 1 Hour away depending on what park you are going to), Zoo (45 minutes away), so we suggest getting a car
