Parking passes are required and must be placed in the windshield of the car when at the property, the passes will be located in the unit. -The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day -Hot Tub is available by the outdoor Pool open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day -Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. -Portable crib available -A washer/dryer available for guest use -Long-term stays allowed -If any rules are broken the guests will be charged a fee by the HOA. RULES: NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED. Parking pass must be displayed at all times throughout your stay.
