Please read!: This listing is for a private room featuring 2 queen size beds, a 55 inch TV and a mini fridge inside a shared space home. Guests have access to shared common areas including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, gym and patio theater. Other guests occupying separate rooms or the Retro Ranchhouse cleaning crew may occasionally present during your stay. Retro Ranchhouse is an amazing 1304 square foot ranch style 3 bed/1 bathroom brick home with arcades throughout the whole property, a small putting green to practice your golfing skills, a complete home gym, and an outdoor patio theater for movies, and gaming! Each room features a mini fridge, TV and comfortable beds. The home is close to many restaurants and has easy access to US-1. A unique stay at its finest for traveling workers, gaming enthusiasts, golfers, and visitors of all kinds!

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is right off of US-1 on Carthage Street. It’s very safe and comfortable. The driveway gives you easy access to park and the front entrance is hard to miss with the Airbnb signs that are lit by solar lights at night!
