While the home is located in a commercial area behind our car lot, don’t let that fool you—once inside, you’ll feel right at home in a comfortable and relaxing space. Conveniently located in the center of town, parking is a breeze and you’ll be just 15–30 minutes from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake, St. George, mountain biking trails, side-by-side rentals, and more. Whether you’re here for hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, or simply to relax, our tiny home offers the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

We own The Car Barn and our tiny homes are located behind the Car Barn. We are within minutes of dining, grocery shopping, fueling stations, laundry facilities, side-by-side rentals, mountain biking, Zion NP, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake and many more beautiful Southern Utah parks and recreation areas. Southern Utah is so warm and friendly. Much of what you'll need is within walking distance. You can walk to fast food or other dining options, Lin's Market, Dollar Tree, 7-11, Walgreens and more in 5-10 minutes.
