The Ridgetop Hideaway is an air conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2050 sq. ft. mountain home with split open floor plan on 9 private acres with no neighbors. The house has 2 King master suites on the main floor and 1 King bedroom apartment with bath, kitchenette & separate TV downstairs in the bright walk-out basement. The property has fabulous views of Long Valley, the pink Paunsagaunt Cliffs, the surrounding mountains and Asay Creek, with opportunities to see local wildlife.
I was born in Germany, grew up in France and moved to Las Vegas in 2002. I enjoy the outdoors and all our great National Parks in the area and have been exploring the well known parks as well as many lesser known or hidden places for the last 14 years. I will be happy to share advice on places to see, in order to make your stay unique and memorable!
The following Parks / Monuments can each be seen within a half or full day trip from the retreat: - Bryce Canyon National Park - Red Canyon - Zion National Park - Cedar Breaks National Monument (Close in the winter) - Duck Creek - Grand Staircase Escalante - Grand Canyon (North Rim) - Lake Powell National Recreation Area, and its majestic sandstone cliffs - Pink Coral Sand Dunes State Park - Buckskin Gulch Slot Canyon (longest one in the US) - The Wave (requires permit from BLM) - Best Friends animal sanctuary (free tours) - Brian Head Ski Resort (during the winter season) - Horseback riding (available in Bryce Canyon) - ATV rentals (summer) and snowmobile rentals (winter) Of course, you could also stay home and hike, bike or ATV on many trails nearby, some right outside the property.
