Here in the tranquil Rim View community, you'll be enviably close to hiking, mountain biking, and off-roading trails, with a spectacular setting, a private hot tub, and even extra parking for your recreational vehicles to welcome you back each afternoon. This home is a showcase of its setting, with sweeping views of the desert, the canyon, or the mountains awaiting in every room. But nowhere is the scene more breathtaking than the shaded, furnished patio and the private hot tub - both of which sit on the edge of open desert out back. The interior has been elegantly designed to provide central AC and heat, WiFi throughout, and lovely details of wood, leather, and stainless steel. The living room, kitchen, and dining room all open to each other, with plentiful picture windows that bring in the view, a large flatscreen TV, and a spacious dining table. The kitchen features sleek appliances (including an induction range, a French door refrigerator, and a dishwasher) and a roomy island with bar seating for four. At night, as your clothes refresh themselves in the private laundry room, you'll find that two of the three bedrooms are paired with an en suite bathroom, with the main bedroom suite offering access to the patio, a flatscreen TV, and a walk-in closet as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
