Property info

This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage condominium with a private patio with firepit and private hot tub. This property is perfect for large groups and families. Located just 5 miles from the center of downtown. With stunning view of the red rocks and of the La Sal mountains and easy trail access, this is the perfect location for your HOV and trailers. At the end of a adventure filled day enjoy a dip in the pool or a soak in the hot tub.

Neighborhood info

Neighborhood is safe and has a great vibe with people on vacation here to enjoy Moab! Located just 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minute drive from Arches National Park. Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park are only a 30 minute drive from the front door. Moab Golf Course is only 2 miles away or enjoy a dip in Kens Lake within a 5 mile drive. The communal pool is closing for the season on September 30, 2024 for major renovation. It will not open for the 2025 season until April 12, 2025 providing there are not delays in the work.
