Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining, shopping, and Spa services. Set on the private deck and enjoy great views of the village and enjoy concerts in the plaza. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper chair, and a 50 inch smart TV. Queen bed in the bedroom with a 50 inch smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a USD200 fee for any lost parking tickets.
