The craftsman bungalow is super cozy. Decor is navy blue and white. I love to decorate and the house has been decorated with love and attention to detail. The fireplace (no lighting the fireplace) has bricks that are dated from the 20's and an ancient ash door on the outside. The century old floors are the the original pine in the living room and family room. Hardwood flooring throughout the house. The archway between the living room and dining area is unique and adds special charm. You can feel the awesome vibes of the history in the home. The bungalow is a century old, but is a smart home with all the modern conveniences. Even a Tesla PowerWall (state of the art generator). The very best of the old and the new.

I'm the mom of two adult children. I lived in the bungalow for six very happy years. I decided to retire closer to the water. My son loves the bungalow and wants to buy it when his wife finishes her time as an Officer in the USAF. I travel a lot with family and I find renting a home vs a hotel room to be much more convenient, economical, and makes so much more sense. I enjoy immersing myself in a neighborhood/culture vs sitting on a bed in a hotel room and eating in restaurants for all meals. I've rented domestically as well in other countries...all unique and all leave me with great memories! I decided I to share my beloved bungalow with people that want to spend time in the city I love and call home.

South Seminole Heights is a charming, historic neighborhood in Tampa, known for its walkability and community spirit. People love the local restaurants, and the scenic Hillsborough River that flows by only a block from the bungalow. We are close to everything the Tampa Bay Area has to offer in including some of the nicest beaches in the USA. We look forward to Hosing you! The best, Michelle
