Prepare lunch recipes on the gas grill or enjoy taking a dip in the river. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the firepit or luxuriate in the brand new hot tub. Take in lovely water views from the comfort of the large sofa in the main living room. A spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, while the dining table is the perfect setting for sharing family-style meals and swapping stories. Grab a favorite read and kick back in the sunroom. Use the futon for extra sleeping space. Additional highlights include a home office equipped with a computer monitor and a printer, as well as free WiFi that you can use for remote or distance learning or for sharing special moments with your loved ones back home. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available using your own account. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
