THIS PROPERTY IS NOT PET-FRIENDLY. "Rocking W" house located on the main channel of Lewis Smith Lake! Come and enjoy this spacious home in a protected cove. You'll appreciate the beauty of the rocky shoreline and the serene wooded lot. Three bedroom / 2 bath house located in Double Springs, AL on beautiful Smith Lake. This house boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Dining area seats 6 comfortably with an additional 2 at the bar. Additional seating at the table on the porch. Outdoors, enjoy the fire pit overlooking the lake, or relax on the screened in porch. Gentle easy walk to the dock with very few steps. Dock with swim pier. Dock has one boat slip available for the guest's use. Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom - King size bed - second floor Bedroom 2: Full size bed - main level Bedroom 3: Two sets of single size bunk beds - main level Wifi available. Streaming television. This property is NOT Pet-Friendly. Please note: Icemaker in refrigerator is currently broken (appliance company has been called but will not be repaired in time for your visit). There is a standalone icemaker and also ice cube trays for you to use. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
