If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees. - There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles. - A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use. - Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool located in the complex. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason. - A Ring doorbell is located on the unit, which captures both stairwells of each unit entryway for security purposes. The camera is actively recording.
