If using a credit or debit card guests must show matching ID to name on the credit or debit card. The credit card will be authorized for the deposit amount. The authorized amount of the deposit will be held for the duration of the stay.

The pending authorization will then fall off within 72 hours of checkout if the guests do not damage the room. Smoking in any room will result in forfeiture of entire deposit upon checkout.
