Newly remodeled single family home, Coastal theme Decor, large bedroom and Bathroom, no stairs, located in a residential area, near shopping Malls, Theater, Restaurants, 10 minutes to the historical downtown of Oxnard, near wineries and wine tasting Rooms, festivals throughout the year, near beaches, and golf course, 10 minutes from the freeways, 10 minutes walking distance to Dallas Cowboy training camp, Annual events at The Collection Riverpark Shopping Mall 10 minutes drive from the property. A must see.
