Cozy cabin feel that has a newly installed Kitchen, new flooring on the first floor and an electric fireplace. Private pool. CCTV with basic cable, wireless internet access, baby gate, and highchair/booster. Front and rear decks. The front has ocean views and the rear offers spectacular views of the marsh with patio table and chairs! Covered area under house with picnic table and plenty of room to play. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Pet friendly. Park grill! Secure storage area with beach wagon, chairs and toys plus room to store your own gear. Owner also owns Glide Path at 3612 West Dolphin Drive. Rent both properties and receive a 5% discount (call the OIA office and mention this discount at time of booking).
