We purchased our first unit here at Luau in Sandestin Resort and instantly fell in love—not just with the beautiful beach, but also with the upscale resort and the peaceful afternoon walks along the golf courses. This has become our favorite spot in Florida, and we hope you will enjoy Luau and Sandestin Resort as much as we do, making your stay truly fabulous.

Property info

The building is just a 4-minute walk through the beach parking area to the famous Sandestin beach. The turquoise waters, white sand, and the lively atmosphere at the Village of Baytowne Wharf make this resort truly unforgettable. The Luau pool is a highlight, featuring its own waterfall. It is perfect for a family getaway or a romantic escape. Please note that the 2nd-floor studio, our most economical unit that sleeps 2 to 3 guests, does not have a balcony. Studios with a balcony can accommodate only two chairs and offer a distant ocean view partially between buildings. Please refer to the unit photos by selecting the property type. Breakfast is not served or offered at the condos. We usually head to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for breakfast and dinner. For lunch, we often visit the Beach House restaurant by the beach or the Hilton hotel next door. Important: e-signing the rental agreement is required before check-in to receive your door code. A security deposit hold will be placed after booking through a secure credit card link—please watch for that message after booking. Security deposit holds are not included in the rental charges.

Neighborhood info

Enter Sandestin through the South (Beachside) entrance. Let the security attendant know you are doing a self check-in and request a parking pass for the duration of your stay—your reservation details have already been provided to the gate. Drive toward the Hilton; the Luau buildings are on the left just before reaching the Hilton. Please note that the Luau building is not directly on the beach but is about a 4-minute walk from the beach entrance.
