Sandy Bottoms is located on the oceanside with a spacious enclosed backyard which makes it perfect if you are bringing your pet. This beautiful home offers you a private pool and hot tub and a Tiki bar for all that outdoor fun! Indoor fun in the rec room lets everyone join in a game of pool. The great room on the top level has room for everyone to enjoy some time together for delicious dinners prepared in the well-equipped kitchen or just relax and watch your favorite movies in the living area. Ample covered and sun decks give you space to enjoy a favorite book and beverage! Hugh fenced in backyard for pets! The public beach access is just a short walk and you are close to many local restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount. Fireplace not for guest use. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
