Inside, you’ll find a single-level floor plan with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, configured generous counter space and lots of handy extras. A private washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay, and a portable AC unit provides cooling as needed. WHAT’S NEARBY This tranquil setting is private enough to feel worlds away, while still being three miles from downtown Schroon Lake and four miles from Schroon Lake Beach. The neighbors are about 200 yards away, and you’ll occasionally hear a dog or chicken. THINGS TO KNOW The Studio with a twin over double bunk is located about 30 yards from the house. Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
